We also know that sometimes things are damaged during shipping. We also occasionally make mistakes and ship the wrong item. No matter the reason, we want YOU to be a HAPPY, repeat customer. For those litigious members of society, here is our official refund/return/exchange policy:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of receipt of delivery. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and undamaged in any way. Please include pictures of the damaged product as well as the shipping packaging. After receiving your refund request, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number to be included in your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and any returns sent COD (Cash On Delivery) will be refused and returned to sender.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 – 10 days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged upon return or you have not initiated a return within 10 business days after receipt of the item, your purchase will be ineligible for a refund.
Because of the intimate nature of our products, many items are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer returns or exchanges on the following items:
