We typically ship Mon. – Fri. at 11 AM CST. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. We reserve the right to delay shipping on national (USA) holidays. We like to be with our family on holidays too.

Orders shipping to the USA typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipping internationally make take up to 45 days to arrive.

We do not offer expedited shipping. We live in a very rural area and it is neither practical nor financially feasible for us to do so.

Yes, When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipped email that contains your order summary and the shipping tracking information. Simply click the link in the email to get the latest up-to-date tracking information.

No. The link provided in the order shipped email contains all the tracking information and we do not have access to any additional tracking information.

The USPS frequently marks an order as delivered even if it hasn’t yet reached the recipient. Please wait 2-3 days and the shipment usually arrives. You might also ask your neighbors (or doorman/apartment office if you live in a building or apartment complex) if they mistakenly received your order.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $35 and international orders over $70. Simply choose the free shipping option at checkout.

Probably. We ship to all US states, territories and APO/FPO mailboxes. We also ship to all international countries not actively involved in war or terroristic activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone within a country currently at war with or involved in terroristic activities with another country. If we exercise our right to refuse service, your order will be cancelled and all funds paid will be returned to your source of payment.
